How to find my API key

API keys live in the dashboard where you manage integrations or application credentials.

Recommended setup

Create separate keys for:

• production
• staging
• customer-specific or environment-specific systems

This makes rotation and incident response much easier.

If the key still does not work

Check:

1. the correct header is being sent
2. the key is from the intended environment
3. no whitespace or formatting was copied accidentally

Then continue to Webhooks and API Quickstart.

If requests still fail, open the support widget with the endpoint and status code.
