Why was my CSV rejected?

CSV rejection usually comes from one of these issues:

• the file has no usable email column
• the delimiter is inconsistent
• the encoding is unusual
• the file contains merged or spreadsheet-specific formatting

Quick fix checklist

1. Export a plain CSV again.
2. Keep one clear email column.
3. Remove blank rows and notes.
4. Make sure each row contains one email value, not comments.
