Common integration troubleshooting
When an integration looks connected but the results are wrong, the failure is usually upstream of verification.
Standard checklist
Check these in order:
- the correct account is connected
- the correct list or segment exists
- the provider still grants access
- mappings or filters did not change
- the sync you expect is actually the sync that ran

Many “verification issues” are really source-data or permissions issues.
