Common integration troubleshooting

When an integration looks connected but the results are wrong, the failure is usually upstream of verification.

Standard checklist

Check these in order:

  1. the correct account is connected
  2. the correct list or segment exists
  3. the provider still grants access
  4. mappings or filters did not change
  5. the sync you expect is actually the sync that ran

Why this matters

Many “verification issues” are really source-data or permissions issues.
