SendSure billing usually falls into one of two models:
- pay-as-you-go credit purchases
- recurring Growth billing
Where to look
Use the billing area in the dashboard for:
- invoice history
- payment records
- current package or plan
What to compare
When reviewing a charge, compare:
- invoice date
- package or plan
- payment status
- credits granted or renewed
