How to reconnect HubSpot
HubSpot reconnects are most often needed after changed app scopes, account changes, or list access issues.
Reconnect flow
- Open the integrations page.
- Disconnect the stale HubSpot authorization.
- Reconnect the intended HubSpot account.
- Confirm the expected lists or segments are available.
- Retry the import or sync.
If the connection looks healthy but counts are still wrong, compare the source list and permissions inside HubSpot.
